Dr Anjali Chhabria is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, philanthropist and author. She runs Mindtemple (Mumbai), a mental health centre which supports the psychiatric, emotional and behavioural needs of individuals. Alongside being a regular columnist, she has also shared knowledge on television shows like Satyamev Jayate. She has been the president of the Bombay Psychiatric Society in 2001, served on the board of the Children’s Film Society, is currently a director on the Salaam Bombay Foundation. She is also the founder of Golden Citizens Trust which was statutorily established in 2018.

ARUN SASIDHARAN
Scientist, NIMHANS
Dr Arun Sasidharan is a Neuroscientist, trained initially in Modern Medicine (MBBS) and later in Neurophysiology (PhD). He has around 10 years of advanced expertise in using EEG, ERP, PSG, and fMRI - conducting workshops and talks across the country. His research focuses on various aspects of consciousness that include sleep cognition, dreaming, emotional construction, the neurobiology of mental illness, and developing novel EEG-based tools to assess them. Currently, he is a Scientist at the new Center for Consciousness Studies, under Dept of Neurophysiology, NIMHANS.

CHRISTOPH GUGER
Founder & CEO, g.tec Medical Engineering GmbH
Dr Christoph Guger is the founder and CEO of the g.tec medical engineering company in Austria. His company develops and produces high performances brain-computer interfaces and neurotechnologies for invasive and non-invasive recordings. He completed his PhD in biomedical engineering in 1999 and laid the foundation of his company. Dr Guger has 331 publications 11 projects, and more than 7,000 citations. His company in 2010 won the Microsoft
innovation award.

JAY SHAH
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Jaslok Hospital & Research Center
Dr Jay Shah is a Joint Reconstruction Surgeon practising in Mumbai at Jaslok Hospital, Cumballa Hill Hospital and St. Elizabeth Hospital. He specialises in Joint replacement surgery and his unique protocol, developed after working in South Korea, UK and USA, enables a positive experience and faster recovery after Joint Replacement Surgery. He is also a tutor for M.Ch (Orth) program in University of Edinburgh, UK.

JOHN BELLONE
Clinical Neuropsychologist, Advanced Neurobehavioral Health of Southern California
Dr John Bellone is a clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in assessing adults with concerns about their memory and other cognitive abilities. He completed his training at Loma Linda University (PhD), UCLA (pre-internship), Yale University (pre-doctoral internship), and Brown University (postdoctoral fellowship). Although his clinical interests are lie in reducing risk for cognitive decline and improving overall health through lifestyle modification. Additionally, Dr Bellone is the co-creator and host of the only neuropsychology-specific podcast, Navigating Neuropsychology, where he discusses important topics in the field and interviews experts in a variety of relevant areas.

KAVITA KHANNA

Dr Kavita Khanna is currently Heading the Department of School of Management at Delhi Technical Campus, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Apart from running her clinic for medical services, she has a teaching experience as an Assistant professor for more than 7 years.

KRISHNA PRASAD MIYAPURAM
Associate Professor, IIT Gandhinagar
Dr Krishna Prasad Miyapuram secured his doctoral degree from Cambridge university in cognitive Neuroscience. His research integrates cognitive processes of learning and decision making mechanisms in humans. His projects include a wide range of experimental and analytic techniques such as psychophysics, eye tracking, brain imaging methodologies (EEG, fMRI) and computational modelling. He is also using machine learning approaches with structural MRI images, for early detection of Alzeimhers’ disease.

LESLEE LAZAR
Assistant Professor, IIT Gandhinagar
Dr Leslee Lazar is a faculty member in the Center for Cognitive Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar. He secured his doctoral degree from Neuroscience-National Brain Research Centre, Manesar, India and completed his Post Doctoral Fellowship from Harvard Medical School (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre), Boston, USA. His research interests are in understanding multimodal touch perception in humans.

She has worked as a consultant with law enforcement and the corporate sector and also has teaching and research experience in the field of Legal
Psychology.

MOUMITA MUKHERJEE
Assistant Professor, Amity University
Dr. Moumita Mukherjee is a Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, Amity University, Kolkata, for the last five years. Dr. Mukherjee earned her Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc. Hons. degrees in Psychology from University of Calcutta, India. Dr. Mukherjee did her second Master’s degree, M.A. in Psychology from Department of Psychology, University of South Florida, U.S.A. Her core specialization areas are Experimental and Cognitive Psychology. Her key research interests are in human cognition, especially multitasking involving divided attention, resource allocation, and human decision making. Dr. Mukherjee has over 12 years’ teaching experience at Graduate and Post Graduate levels in India and USA.

PRATIK MUTHA
Associate Professor, IIT Gandhinagar
Pratik Mutha has been on the faculty of IIT Gandhinagar since November 2013 in the department of Biological Engineering and the Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences. He received his PhD from Penn State University and then had a 4-year postdoctoral stint at the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Healthcare System before returning to India to join IITGN. Pratik’s research interests broadly lie in understanding the neural control of human movement, and the disruption of this control in patients with neurological damage. This research informs the development of novel rehabilitation strategies for improving movement deficits in such patients.

PROSHANTO SAHA

Dr Saha completed his Post-Doctoral Training from Centre for Mind/Brain Sciences (CiMeC), University of Trento, Italy (2012-2013). Graduated (Ph.D, 2012) from Cognitive Science Laboratory, Department of Psychology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Dr. Saha has more than 8 years of research experience in the area of brain and cognition. He has also won International prizes sponsored by International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) during his graduate days. He has published more than 17 articles in International and National journals and also wrote two significant books in the area of forensic psychology.

REKHA WAGANI
Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of Behavioural & Allied Science
Dr Rekha Wagani is currently an Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of Behavioural & Allied Science in Amity University Mumbai, India. She has  been in the academic industry for more than 10 years. The current courses taught by her are Health Psychology, Positive Psychology, Social Psychology. Shamoita Bose is a psychologist and graphologist, affiliated with Kolkata Institute of Graphology. She completed her MSc (Clinical/Developmental Psyc.) from Calcutta University and has extensively worked with adolescents and young adults to help them adjust better. She has experience in working with young adults with respect to sexual health from a public health perspective. She is an experienced researcher, counselor and graphologist.

Dr Shantala Hegde is a Clinical Neuropsychologist by profession, and a musician by interest and passion. She is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Clinical Neuropsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience Center and faculty in-charge of the Music Cognition Laboratory, Department of Clinical Psychology at National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. Her lab has conducted studies on musical emotion, music and language, rhythm perception and effect of music on other cognitive processes in individuals with and without formal musical training and clinical populations such as Schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions using behavioral, electrophysiological and functional MRI methods.

Smaranika Tripathy, a Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychologist has been practising since last 14yrs in the field of mental health for treating patients with depression, anxiety and various other mental disorders. Her areas of specializations are counselling, psychometric assessments and therapies for various psychological disorders and concerns. She has currently attached to Belle Vue Clinic and Columbia Asia hospital, Kolkata after completing her MSc. in Applied psychology and PG Dip in rehabilitation psychology from Osmania University.

Dr Upasana Gala is the founder and CEO of Evolve Brain Training, a Neurofeedback centred institute that focuses on using noninvasive brain training techniques to maximize the brain’s true potential. She has earned a doctorate in Neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine, Texas, USA. Apart from being a neuro-therapist she is also one of the STEM members in the UAE.

GOLDY YADAV
Fulbright Scholar (NIH), IIT Gandhinagar
Goldy Yadav is a Fulbright-Nehru Doctoral Fellow at National Institutes of Health (US) and is pursuing PhD in Cognitive Science at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. She did her Masters in Cognitive Science at IIT Gandhinagar and Bachelors in Zoology at University of Delhi. She has a keen interest in understanding how the human brain works and is actively involved in neuroscientific research. Her current and past work explores how humans learn and retain new skilled actions, and the brain processes that facilitate such learned behavior.

SAGAR CHATURVEDI
PhD Scholar, GFSU
Sagar is a Ph.D. Scholar at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University with a background in Neuropsychology and Biotechnology. He is an IBRO grant awardee for Neurological and Neuromuscular disorders held in Dharan, Nepal. In addition to that, he has done more than 10 short term projects as a neuroscience freelancer for national and international academicians, lawyers and start-ups. Adobe Photoshop, MATLAB, AutoIt, Adobe Audition, and Camtasia are a major interests.

ARUN PRATAP SIKARWAR
Asst. Professor, D.E.I. (Deemed University), Agra
Dr. Arun Pratap Sikarwar is a University faculty member and teaches & research over Neurobiology to UG, PG & the doctoral scholars. He earned two of his Postdoctoral research at Brain & Mind Research Institute, Weill Cornell Medicine (Cornell University), and at Institute of Biomedicine of Aarhus University, Denmark. He was Research Associate at JNCASR, Bangalore, and earned his Ph.D. at NIRRH (ICMR), Mumbai, and Masters at BHU. He has delivered two TEDx speech over some interesting topics over brain memory and also does appear as a science expert panelist at various national TV channels (Aajtak, India TV, Lok Sabha TV, TV9 Bharatvarsh, etc.), radio talks at All India Radio and as a Resource Person to UGC-HRDC centers of Central Universities (e.g. JNU) and lectures at various places in India and Abroad.

Shagnik is a PhD Scholar at IIT Kharagpur with MA in Counselling from TISS.
