PARISTITHI - A shortfilm on mental health during lockdown

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility 

Participants must be above 18 years of age

​​

Originality

The video must be an original work.

​

Video

Can be shot on a camera or could be an animation.

​

Subject

The videos must focus on a concept in brain sciences. Submissions must not contain inappropriate or obscene content.

​

Transcript 

Participants must provide a complete transcript of the video on the registration form on the website.

​

Permissions 

The participants must either use their own content or ensure that all materials used otherwise must be credited. In the case of using third-party material, participants must have received explicit permission from the owner.

​

Language

Videos can be in either in English or Hindi language.

​

Duration 

Video must not exceed 5 minutes.

 

Deadline

Please upload the link on the registration form by 26th of May 2020 before midnight.

 

Uploading the Video

Create an account on YouTube and upload the video on your channel.

Tag your video with the keywords: #Brain Awareness Week 2020 India.

Complete the registration and upload the link on the form provided on the website.

 

Judging criteria

Videos submitted for the contest shall be judged for their content - scientific accuracy and innovative ways of presentation. The decisions of the BAW team judges are final and binding.

 

Prizes

1st place: Rs. 2500

2nd place: Rs.1500

3rd place: Rs. 1000

 

Authorship

Prizes will be awarded to the primary creator of the video, whose name must be mentioned in the registration form.
